In the new section, ‘Questions and Answers’, you can find answers to the users’ most frequently asked questions. You can also now follow the latest HSE news in your personal account-a ‘news’ section has been added. You can view your entire list of notifications for all requests on one page. Previously, notifications were sent only via email. Users can find out about the status of applications submitted to SmartPoint directly in their account. You can also create a list of favourite services for quick access. For teachers and students, your schedule is available on the home screen. You can save contacts and add them to your favourites. You can now search not only for available services, but also for information about HSE departments and staff contact information. By the end of the year, we plan to include all functioning information systems in a single verification loop. So far, 16 information systems and mobile applications have already been connected to the unified verification system. This approach will also be applied to other HSE information systems and will eliminate the need for additional login and password when switching between them. We plan to set up a single sign-on mechanism (SSO) through the official website of Moscow mayor and government mos.ru, ESIA, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and other services. You can customize the order of elements on the screen by deleting or adding them depending on your preferences. Now you can switch between services using the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. The first thing that users see when they log into the new account is the new interface.
